When Kathy Baker of www.allinteractivesolutions.com used the term “A Gratitude Walk”, it piqued my interest but I didn’t ask what she meant. An “Attitude of Gratitude” is valuable for keeping balanced and lots of people do “Gratitude Meditation” but a Gratitude walk did not mean much to me.
Until I sprained my ankle.
I could not have asked the Universe for a better explanation of what a gratitude walk is. For a week I have been hopping, bottom shuffling and whizzing around in my Office Chair.
Daily there was clear progress in my healing…
Boy, was I grateful I could walk!
I am not back to normal yet; I’m still slow, but just to be able to walk is wonderful.
