"Reboot Your Brain", is the title of a video produced by Internet traffic specialist John Reese. We are used to rebooting a computer when it gets jammed up with crap - but rebooting your brain is not something we think of doing.

In a way of course, we do a reboot every night when we sleep. What Reese is doing is taking us through a process that clears out a load of "old files" that no longer serve us.

To me that is akin to the process i follow sometimes when I go to Start =>  All Programs => Accessories => System Tools => disk cleanup and disk defragmenter!

But let's not be too literal here. The video is 67 minutes long and the process he describes will help to focus you, clean out fears that are clogging your system and requires no more than pen and paper.

And if, like most of us you have debt issues, this process is a real life saver.
